Maureen Rogers~Lady Gets A Gun
Maureen's specialty is not only to assist women to become more comfortable with firearms, but in some cases to also remediate fears and dismantle fallacies about firearms. She teaches safe handling, mindset, maintenance, and markmanship with firearms.
Maureen is associated with Redmond Rod & Gun Club as a Chief Range Safety Officer, is the Pistol and Rifle instructor at Ladies' Nites, and a Pistol Instructor for the Women on Target Clinic. She is also the Cub Scout Day Camp District Shooting Sports Director, running the BB Gun and Archery ranges and Eddie Eagle learning station.

Victoria & Adam Tolbert~The Crux Training
Victoria and Adam Tolbert founded The Crux Training to be a family oriented firearms company that teaches the responsible, safe and defensive use of handguns and rifles to protect the ones you love. Victoria is a NRA certified Basic Pistol instructor and a Range Safety Officer. Victoria started a chapter of The Well Armed Woman in North Carolina and instructed ladies how to safely use firearms for recreation and protection and presently is the leader of the The Shooting Stars goup on Crooked River Ranch. Victoria is a Range Safety Officer at the Redmond Rod & Gun Club and also instructs at Ladies' Nites.
Adam is a NRA certified Basic Pistol instructor and has worked with the firearm industry for over 12 years on the supply chain for providing raw materials to the Department of Defense and firearm manufacturers like Colt, FN USA, Daniel Defense and other industry leading manufactures. As well as having a passion to educate, train and empower others to have the self confidence and skills necessary to keep themselves safe.

Gary Fogelson~Trap Shooting Instructor
A trap shooting instructor at the Redmond Rod & Gun Club, Gary Fogelson is a 28 year PITA All-Star, Member of PITA Hall of Fame and member of Oregon ATA Hall of Fame. He is a certified YES and OYES Program instructor. Gary is available for group or individual classes and also teaches beginning, adult and youth (10+). He teaches basic skills for people looking to improve their game. Gary works with all age groups and individuals to better their skills for shooting competition. He has currently worked with Mountain View High School shooting team. Gary works with basic skills, which include stance, gun hold, attitude, and eye dominance. He will advise on gun fit, finding the proper gunsmith to repair guns and the type of shells you should be shooting. He prides himself in stressing with all students gun safety.
